is a renowned Dutch 3-star chef who is known for his outstanding creativity and fine sense of flavour. As the former head chef of the restaurant ‘De Leest’, which was one of the best addresses in Europe for 17 years, Boerma combines regional products with international influences, focussing on the highest quality and innovation. His dishes are characterised by a perfect balance of freshness, elegance and passion.
